Certified Home Health Aide
Description
The home health aide is a professional member of our home health care and hospice team who, like the LPN, works under the direct supervision of an RN or therapist. They are responsible for performing personal care services that meet the patient’s needs. Home Health Aides are assigned to promote quality and security for the client.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
Providing personal care such as bathing assistance, grooming, and more
Planning and preparing meals
Assist in feeding the client, if necessary
Monitoring the client’s vital signs
Reporting changes in the patient’s condition
